Programs we offer


We have several programs available for our students. Please speak with an instructor to see which programs are available and fit your needs. Some of our programs include the following:

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is Chinese exercise intended to maintain the body's natural balance, improve circulation and strengthen the body. People of all ages can benefit from Tai Chi training. Tai Chi Chung combines both offensive and defensive applications. Movements are slow without force or power. The speed of the breathing matches the speed of the movement. Tai Chi Chung develops internal strength, physical well being and overall health.

Developmental Disabilities

This class offers children with developmental disabilities and special needs the opportunity to develop foundational skills in gross motor movement and strength, listening and following directions, and gain strength, coordination, and body control in a structured setting. Your child will gain confidence as he or she learns new skills and has fun. Students will progress at their individual rate while benefiting from training with a small group in a traditional martial arts program with a modified pace.

Class size limited to 10 children, taught by one Instructor and Assistant
Ages: 8 thru 17
Lesson Duration: 30 minutes, every Wednesday, 3:45 pm - 4:15 pm.
Cost: $80 per month including a uniform. Children should arrive 10 minutes prior to the lesson in uniform.

Due to the sensory and development needs of students, we can not accommodate students with disruptive behaviors or who are unable to follow 1- or 2-step directions.
The facility is not fully accessible by wheelchair at this time.
